Vacuum hardening is currently the latest technology of heat treatment. Clean and bright steel surfaces are obtained as there is no oxidation under vacuum conditions. High dimensional accuracy and minimum shrinkage are achieved by accurate process parameters, intelligent loading and nitrogen gas cooling. Thanks to charging capacity of 800 kg and with the cooling gas (nitrogen) pressure of 6 bar large parts can also be hardened in our vacuum furnace.
